Valentín (full-time MBA ESADE) started his career at a New York-based middle market investment bank focusing on cross-border M&A advisory. He is an expert in corporate valuation, market and industry analysis, negotiation, financial planning and control, and business analytics. He has advised several family firms and technology startups in transactions and developing CFO control models.
Maurici (ex-PwC) has extensive international experience advising private equity and corporate clients when selling their businesses or selling off a division of the company. He developed his professional career in Barcelona, Santiago de Chile, Kolkata, Houston, and New York City.
He specializes in vendor assistance, offering detailed insights into the company's financial health during the sale, helping manage the sales process and timing, and ultimately helping achieve a more favorable price. He has advised companies such as General Electric, Anglo-American, BHP, Sempra, and SunTx Capital.
After six years leading performance projects at Grupo Planeta, Llorenç pivoted his career into finance with an MSc in Finance and Banking (UPF). Today, he leverages this unique blend of project management discipline and financial expertise to drive M&A processes.
